Sprint

I know sprint sucks. I use their service though because they are cheap. I've just had an ordeal with them and I have to say they are really really bad. I think the customer service is a problem. I guess that is to be expected though.

I tried ordering a phone on the sero plan right before the plans changed to the simply everything plus or whatever its called. It didnt happen because I activated the phone after the plans switched, despite ordering it and receiving confirmation. I then noticed the plan wasnt right and tried to fix it. Took about 3-4 hours of being on the phone with them over several days. I was bounced around and around with people who didnt know what they were doing. Eventually I found a guy who said he know what to do and said everything was fixed.

It wasn't of course and spent another hour today trying to fix it. I eventually gave up and decided to bag the phone. I guess sprint will lose that business and perhaps more as the other line is OOC.
